- 2 parts Gin
- 2 parts Sloe gin
- top up Pineapple juice
- 1/2 part Sour mix
- 1 Lime wedge
Instructions
- Shake gin, sloe gin and sour mix in a shaker filled with ice, into ice filled collins glass and top up with equal parts pineapple/grapefruit juice. Garnish with lime wedge can be adapted to taste with sugar/lemon syrup……………enjoy
