- 1 part Gin
- 1/2 Apricot liqueur
- 1/2 Passion fruit liqueur
- 1/2 Triple sec
- 2 parts Pineapple juice
- wedge of Kiwi
- dash of Sugar syrup
Instructions
- My signature cocktail, take half a kiwi and muddle with gin, aprys,passao, triple sec, and gomme muddle for good 30 secs, add pineapple juice and ice. shake until tin turns cold and then fine strain into chilled martini gls decorate with a kiwi wheel, and enjoy!
