- 2 parts Apple juice
- 1 part Lime juice
- 10 Mint sprigs
- 1/2 part Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Muddle the mint sprigs and sugar syrup in a highball glass, add a small ammount of crushed ice then the apple and lime juices, churn with a bar spoon and top up with crushed ice, sprig of mint and slice of lime to garnish.
