- 1 part White rum
- 1/2 part Crème de cacao (white)
- 1/2 part Passion fruit liqueur
- 1 Passion fruit juice
- 2 parts Pineapple juice
- 1 Pineapple
- 2 teaspoons Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients, including the passion fruit juice (preferably fresh, seeds and all), over ice and strain into a martini glass. garnish with a pineapple leaf and wedge on the rim and and few passion fruit seeds floating on top
