- 2 parts Absolut Vodka®
- 1/2 part Amaretto Di Saronno®
- 1 part Apple schnapps
- 1/2 part Banana liqueur
- 1/2 part Strawberry liqueur
- 2 parts Cranberry juice
- 3 parts Orange juice
Instructions
- Place 2 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. In the absence of Strawberry Vodka, pour Absolut Vodka and Strawberry liqueur over ice. Add Apple schnapps, Amaretto (for flavour) and a small dash of Banana liqueur and shake vigourously. Remove ice cubes and add cranberry juice (great for cystitis!) and orange juice. Shake well before serving in long glass over lots of ice. Fruity concoction in memory of Jack Lee – the Man from Newcastle!!
