Ingredients
- 1 part Absolut Vanilia®
- 1/2 part Galliano
- 1 part Strawberry juice
- top up Champagne
- wedge of Strawberries
Instructions
- Combine vodka, strawberry juice and Galliano and shake with ice. Strain into a flute and top up with champagne. Garnish by floating a slice of strawberry. (TIP – This drink will foam up out of the glass when the champagne is poured. To avoid this, combine the mixture with the champagne in a large jug and let the bubbles settle before pouring)
