- Small Lemon rind
- no measure Cloves
- no measure Cinnamon stick
- 2 oz. Dark rum
- 1 oz. Crème de cacao (dark)
- Pat Butter
- no measure Nutmeg
Instructions
- Put brown sugar into a warmed, heat-proof mug with peel studded with cloves and cinnamon stick. Pour in a little boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add rum, creme de Cacao, and fill with boiling water. Stir and top with butter and grated nutmeg.
