- 1 part Spiced rum
- juice of 1/2 Lime juice
- dash of Angostura bitters
- top up Ginger beer
- 3 Lime wedge
- 7 Mint sprigs
- 1/2 part Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Put a dash of angostura in the glass and roll around until most of the glass has a small covering. Mash 6 sprigs of the mint with the lime wedges and add the morgans and sugar syrup. 3/4 fill the glass with ice and top up with ginger beer. Add the last sprig of mint as a garnish. Serve in a tall frosted glass with a straw.
