Singapore Sling Garnish slice of Pineapple and Cherry The Singapore Sling was created at Raffles Hotel at the turn-of-the-century by Hainanese-Chinese bartender, Mr Ngiam Tong Boon. - 10 ml. Grenadine
- 7.5 ml. Benedictine
- 7.5 ml. Triple sec
- 15 ml. Lime juice
- ml. Pineapple juice
- 15 ml. Cherry brandy
- 30 ml. Gin

We served this drink at a Thai dinner (couldn't find a good Thai cocktail). Everyone loved it! You have to be careful as it tastes like fruit punch but packs a big hangover the next day!
