The first time I requested for this combination was on board a Lufthansa flight from Singapore to Frankfurt in 1976. The flight purser came with this fabulous punch. Just brilliant! Last time I had it (minus sugar) was 2 days ago on a flight from Singapore to Zurich. I promised the flight attendant to let him know if there is a name for this mix. So glad to find out that it actually exists. How about renaming and launching it as ‘Flying Nightcap’ or something? Let me know your decision.
