- 1 part Amaretto Di Saronno®
- 1 part White rum
- 2 parts Pineapple juice
Instructions
- Fill large white or red wine glass, or a pina colada glass with ice. Mix 1 part Coconut Rum, 1 part Amaretto and 2 parts Pineapple juice (1 sm inv. can works great). Stir and serve. All parts can be double for the even larger protion.

I had this drink in Aruba at Iguana Joe’s. Great Drink. I use 1/3, 1/3 and 1/3 instead of 2 parts pineapple. You can also drizzle a little dark rum on top of the drink before serving.
