- 1 part Dark rum
- dash of Cointreau®
- 1 1/2 parts Crème de banana
- top up Passion fruit juice
- 1/2 part Kiwi syrup
Instructions
- Pour the dark rum, crème de bananes, cointreau and kiwi syrup into a rocks glass. Add roughly crushed ice and stir to combine all the ingredients. Top up with passion fruit juice and allow to settle before serving, garnished with a slice of kiwi and two lime wedges.
