- 1/2 part White rum
- dash of Butterscotch schnapps
- top up Baileys® irish cream
- 1 drop Mango juice
- 1 teaspoon Dr. Pepper®
- 1 part Cherry
- wedge of Lemon slice
- pinch of Cinnamon sugar
- 1/4 Ice (shaved)
- dash of Grenadine
Instructions
- Add the 1/2 part of white rum to a cocktail shaker with the one drop of mango juice, 1 teaspoon of dr pepper and the dash of butterscotch schnapps, shake well then pour into a cocktail class, top up with irish cream then add a dash of grenadine into a presentation swirl to add effect,colouring and flavouring, then sprinkle the shaved ice over the top to make the drink chilled then add the cherry and lemon slice to garnish, then sprinkle over with a pinch of cinnamon sugar for a beautiful twist
