Ingredients
- 2 oz. Gin
- 2 teaspoons Crème de menthe (clear)
- 1 oz. Lemon juice
- 3 oz. Pineapple juice
- no measure Soda water
Instructions
- Shake well with cracked ice all but club soda. Strain into collins glass filled with ice. Add club soda. Garnish with pineapple stick.
