- 1.5 oz. Dark rum
- 0.5 oz. Crème de cassis
- 0.5 oz. Martini bianco (dry)
- 0.75 oz. Pineapple juice
- 3 oz. Carbonated water
Instructions
- Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients except Carbonated Water into shaker and shake well. Fill a Highball glass almost full with ice cubes and strain drink into Highball glass. Fill with Carbonated Water. Stir well. Garnish wi
