- 1 part Vodka
- 1 part Peach schnapps
- top up Cranberry juice
- 1 part Lemon juice
- 5 Ice (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Heat Honey in a tall glass in a microwave for a few seconds until runny and bubbling. Put Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Lemon Juice, Mango Ice Cream (or Sorbet) and Crushed Ice into a shaker. Shake for 30 seconds and pour onto the warm honey. Top up with juice
