- 1 part White rum
- 1 part Crème de cacao (dark)
- 1 part Crème de menthe (green)
- no measure Chocolate
- no measure Ice cubes
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Put the White Rum, Creme de menthe and Creme de Caco in a blender with the ice creme, blend until mixed and frothy.
Pour over ice and finish with grated chocolate over the top.
Tastes like an alcholic mint choc chip ice creme.
