Mexican Breakfast Cocktail

Muddle the Orange Rinds in the bottom of the shaker along with the brown sugar and the gomme (sugar syrup). Add a large measure of gold tequila (I prefer Hornitos). Add a Double Espresso and shake hard. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of toast.
