- no measure Hot water
- Several Dashes Angostura bitters
- 3 oz. Applejack
- no measure Lemon rind
- no measure Cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Put honey in a warmed, heat-proof mug and add enough boiling water to dissolve honey. Add bitters, applejack, and fill with boiling water. Garnish with lemon peel and cinnamon stick.
