Ingredients
- 2 parts Baileys® irish cream
- 1 part Crème de menthe (green)
- 2 scoops Ice cream
- 1 Chocolate cookie
Instructions
- Add the Ice Cream, a crushed cookie and half a scoop of crushed ice to a blender, then pour in 50ml Bailey’s Irish Cream and 25ml Green Creme de Menthe.
Blend together until fully liquified and serve in a Wine Goblet with a cookie as a garnish.
Tastes like mint choc chip ice cream…..
