Ingredients
- 1 part Cachaca
- 1 part Apple juice
- 1 part Blackberry juice
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 Cloves
- 1/4 tablespoon Ginger
- dash of Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Honey
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients including the cachaca (we recommend Sagatiba Pura) in to a saucepan and heat on a low heat stirring occationally. Do not allow the mixture to come to a boil. Pour into an Irish Coffee class and garnish with a cinnamon stick
