- 1 part Cointreau®
- 4 parts Hot water
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- top up Cream
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
Instructions
- Mix the Cocoa/chocolate powder with hot water and sugar in a seperate cup/vessel to make a dark chocolate dink. Pour measure of cointreau into Irish Cofee glass, add the hot chocolate mix,and stir (very) slowly, then finish with cream as per Irish coffee, silver spoon if your that refined!! (The cream should sit on top like the head of a great guinness.)
