- 1 part White rum
- no measure Ginger ale
- 2 parts Pineapple juice
- 1 Lime slice
- 1/2 Lime
- 4 Ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Cut the lime into 4 pieces, put them into a blender with the pineapple juice, rum, sugar syrup and blend until smooth. Put the ice into a hurricane glass or large goblet, pour in the drink and top up with ginger ale.
Decorate with the lime slice.
