This is my favourite cocktail of all time. Found the recipe in a book, tried it and have never looked back. Have only ever seen it on one place – strangely – a Thai restaurant in Berlin!
I loved this cocktail when I first tried it; creamy and bitter and full of orange. Trouble is, my local cocktail bar closed down and I’ve never found another bar that makes it. Even when I tell the bar staff the ingredients, they can’t get the mix right. Now I’m going out to buy my own ingredients and make it for myself every night! Mmmmmmmm
