- 1 part Crème de cacao (white)
- top up Galliano
- 2 parts Half and half
- no measure Ice cubes
Instructions
- This is a classic blender drink from a rib joint in a small Northern California town called “Poor Reds”.
Add 2 oz. Cream de Cacao, 4 oz. Half and Half, 1-1/2 cups small ice cubes to blender and blend on high setting for about 20 seconds. Pour into 2 bucket size glasses and top off each with a “float” of Galliano.
This is a great after dinner drink!
