- 1 part Peach schnapps
- top up Apple cider
- dash of Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Coat the inside of a hi ball with bitters then discard, add ice, followed by gin, schnapps and top up with, well I use Appletise, I’m guessing apple cider is similar? Serve with a twist of lemon, great summer drink.
