- 1/2 oz. Orgeat syrup
- Pinch Ginger
- Pinch Cinnamon
- 1 oz. Peach brandy
- 1 oz. White rum
- 1 oz. Milk
- 1 oz. Cream
- Pinch Nutmeg
Instructions
- Beat egg yolk in a small bowl, add orgeat syrup, ground ginger and cinnamon, and blend well. Beat egg white separately in a small bowl until stiff, carefully fold yolk mixture into white, and spoon egg mixture into a large, warmed mug. Combine peach brandy, rum or cognac, milk, and cream in a small saucepan, heat, and pour into mug while stirring constantly. Sprinkle with topping of ground nutmeg.
