Gin n tonic

Half fill a tall glass with ice use one lime wedge to rim the glass so it has a slight coating of lime juice then add the lime wedges and the lemon wedge to the glass cover with more ice till the glass is pretty full then add the gin any gin will do but tanquery is better top up with tonic water bottled is generally better than draft add a swizzle stick and voila one G’n’T
