Sambuca is the most commonly ingridient used I’d say but it’s really not the best beacause sambuca simply taste awful.
Possibly very harmful and great way to get drunk. Never thown up by it though.

now iv been supping since the age of 12, and nothing is like this. now i was out with about 10 friends and we al had one, and all apart from 4 of us started to throw up about an hour later. this drink is bad news!!!
