Ingredients
- 2 parts Gin
- 2 parts Apple juice
- 2 drops Orange bitters
- 1 part Elderflower syrup
Instructions
- 50ml Hendricks Gin, 50ml Apple pressé, 25ml Saint Germain Elderflower Liquer, 2 drops Orange blossom essence, dash Rose Vodka, 2 ‘Grand Prix’ Rose petals. Shake vigorously until Rose petals have ‘broken down’ and given the drink a rosé tint. Strain into elderflower rinsed martini glass over crushed ice (do not remove flecks of petal). Garnish with whole Rose petal.
