- 2 parts Martini bianco (dry)
- 1 part Pimm’s No. 1®
- top up Tonic water
- dash of Elderflower syrup
Instructions
- Measure Martini, Gin, and Elderflower over a handful of hailstones, top up with tonic water, then float the Pimm’s on top. A lovely reminder of summer days during inclement weather! When hail is not available, crushed/chunked ice will do.
