Ingredients
- 2 parts Vodka
- top up Soda water
- 4 Assorted fruits
- 4 Lime wedge
- 1/2 part Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except the soda) to a shaker filled with ice. Shake sharply and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Soda and garnish with the fruit in question.
(instead of topping with whole fruit, try pureeing the fruit and flloating on top).
