- 1 part Baileys® irish cream
- 1 part Tia maria
- 1 part Milk
- 1 Chocolate flake
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- 2 parts Chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Mix the Irish cream (Baileys), Tia Maria and milk in a blender, pouring in the syrup as you go. Serve in a cocktail glass poured over two small scoops of vanilla ice cream and garnish with a flake. If you prefer crumble the flake into the mix after using the blender and mix lightly before serving.
