- 1 White rum
- 3/4 Apricot liqueur
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- top up Soda water
- 3 Lime wedge
- 1/2 Sugar syrup
Instructions
- All measures are ounces. Half fill the Collins glass with ice, squeeze the limes into the glass and then fill with ice. Pour all ingredients ontop (Bacardi 8yr old as the rum) apart from soda and shake. Top with soda.
