- 1 part Spiced rum
- 2 parts Apple juice
- 1/2 part Lemon juice
- no measure Lemon slice
- 1/2 part Sugar syrup
Instructions
- Put 1.5 (or 2, depending on taste) shots of spiced (or Dark) rum, into a shaker with ice, add 2 shots of apple, the juice of a quarter of a lemon and half a shot of sugar syrup.
Shake and serve in a martini glass with a lemon slice wiped round rim and dropped in.
