- 4 parts Vodka
- top up Water
- 3 Lime
- no measure Lime rind
- no measure Mint sprigs
- no measure Ice (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
Instructions
- Cut the limes in to small pieces and place in a jug. Add the castor sugar and sprigs of mint and bash everything together with a wooden spoon. Pour over the vodka and put in the freezer until ready to serve. Top up with water to taste and serve with crushed ice, and a curl of lime rind.
