Ingredients
- 1 part White rum
- 1 part Apricot brandy
- 1 part Pineapple juice
- 1 part Coconut cream
- 1 part Maraschino cherry
- 1 part Pineapple
Instructions
- Place white rum, apricot brandy, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker along with some crushed ice. Shake well and strain into martini glasses. Garnish with pineapple chunks and marachino cherries on a stick.
