Clover Club Cocktail
Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the lime juice, sugar syrup, egg white and gin over the ice and shake until a frost forms.
Strain and serve with grated lime and a lime wedge.
Ingredients:
- 3 parts Gin
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar syrup
- 5 Ice cubes
- juice of Lime
- 1 Egg white

Good drink, although essentially just a Gin Fizz. You can use the same concept to make a Tequila Fizz or a Vodka Fizz; just add sweet and sour and egg white!
