Ingredients
- 3 parts Gin
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar syrup
- 5 Ice cubes
- juice of Lime
- 1 Egg white
Instructions
- Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the lime juice, sugar syrup, egg white and gin over the ice and shake until a frost forms.
Strain and serve with grated lime and a lime wedge.
