Ingredients
- 1 White rum
- juice of Apple juice
- juice of Lime juice
- no measure Lime rind
- 2 tablespoons Cinnamon syrup
Instructions
- Peel & core 2 apples, skin 2 limes & remove pith. Blend juices with a drop of water.
Add 3 brown sugar cubes, put into a cocktail shaker with ice, cinnamon syrup & rum. Shake ingredients, add splash of soda water then strain into a prepared Martini glass. Garnish with lime zest & a cinnamon stick.
