- 2 Lime
- 3 teaspoons Brown sugar
Instructions
- Muddle the brown sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass. Fill the glass with small ice cubes. Pour “Flor de caña” dark rum into the glass. Stir well.

First had this cocktail in the Dominican Republic, July 2007. Sooooo very morish but absolutely lethal. Two are fine, three just tips you over the edge. highly recommended.
