- in shot glass pour peach schnapps 3/4 of the way
pour irish cream on top (do not layer let it pour straight)
add three drops of grenadine

Ah, I love this drink. I make it for people all the time. Unless they’ve have one before. That big’ol chunk is the bottom is pretty good, but it makes people wanna gag. Cuz it was unexpected. Try it. Bottoms up.
They’re excellent. They really look like a brain and the catch is that when you feel the large clump in your mout, you swallow it so quickly that the only taste left in your mouth is the cherry grenadine.
