- 1 part Cointreau®
- 3 parts Martini bianco (dry)
- 3 parts Pineapple juice
- dash of Egg white
Instructions
- Put ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice and shake for about 10 seconds.
Filter in the cocktail glass furnished with a slice of an orange.
Note: Egg white is not required but it will give the cocktail extra sparkling…
