Bittersweet pimms Cocktail
Place fruit and ice in a large jug.
pour 1 part pimms (1/4 pint), 2 parts lemonade (1/2 pint) and 1 part tonic water (1/4 pint) into jug. add lemon juice and stir, strain and serve.
more refreshing and less sickly than normal pimms cocktail, with an extra kick. you can substitute the tonic and lemonade for diet versions, making an excellent, low-calorie, slimmer's choice!

- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 2 parts Lemonade
- 1 part Tonic water
- Apple slice
- Assorted fruits
- Cherry
- Cranberries
- Grapefruit
- Kiwi
- Lemon slice
- Lime slice
- Mint sprigs
- Orange slice
- Peach slice
- Pears slice
- Pineapple slice
- Strawberries
