The Amaretto Sours Cocktail
Place Lemon Rind in bottom of old fashioned glass, add brown sugar and angostura bitters onto lemon rind, and gently muddle. Add 4 ice-cubes too old fashioned glass.
Shake amaretto with lemon juice and egg white over ice, and strain into old fashioned glass, stir and serve, for the perfect amaretto sours.
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Amaretto Di Saronno®
- 3 parts Lemon juice
- dash of Angostura bitters
- 1 Lemon rind
- 1/2 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1/2 part Egg white
