Southern Irish Cocktail
Cut up the lime and muddle it with the brown sugar. Then add the Southern Comfort and Limoncello. Add ice and shake.
Pour straight into a catalyna 16oz glass including the ice and lime wedges. Top up with ice and pour the Midori over.
Garnish with the lime rind.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Southern Comfort®
- 1/2 part Limoncello
- 1/2 part Midori® melon liqueur
- 1 Lime
- 1 Lime rind
- 3 Brown sugar
- Ice cubes
