Soufrière Skies Cocktail
Shake the cachaça, lime juice and orange curaçao with the brown sugar and strain into a rocks glass half-filled with ice. Add the pineapple syrup and stir. Top with the guava juice, and add two drops of Angostura bitters to tone down the bitter aftertaste if required.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Cachaca
- dash of Orange curacao
- top up Guava juice
- 5 drops Lime juice
- 2 drops Angostura bitters
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1 part Pineapple syrup
