Slo-Mo Cocktail
I know this looks like a Mojito and, well, it is. BUT we use a home-made sloe-rum (not in the ingredient list) we made, which adds a lovely dryness. In other words make a Mojito with sloe-rum and you have a Slo-Mo
Ingredients:
- 3 parts White rum
- 1 part Lime juice
- dash of Soda water
- 5 tablespoons Mint sprigs
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1/2 part Sugar syrup
