- 1 1/2 oz. White rum
- 1/2 oz. Dry sherry
- 1/2 oz. Lime juice
- no measure Ice (crushed)
- 4 oz. Ginger ale
- 1 Lemon rind
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, sherry, and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice. Top with the ginger ale. Garnish with the lemon twist.
