Dr Pedro Collins Cocktail
Muddle 3 Lime Wedges with 1 teaspoon brown sugar & 3 bar spoons of Maraschino cherry juice. Add 1oz Bacardi Oro & 1oz Maraschino Liqueur. Shake and strain into a Collins glass & top with coke. Stir & serve.
Ingredients:
- 1 part Golden rum
- 1 part Maraschino liqueur
- juice of 1/4 Lime juice
- 3 teaspoons Maraschino cherry juice
- top up Cola
- 1 Cherry
- 1 Lime wedge
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 2 scoops Ice cubes
