Caipiroffee Cocktail
Remove the edges and the white center of the lime, cut in eigth and muddle in the mixer glass with the sugar. Pour the coffee liquer, the expresso, the syrup and mix to dissolve the sugar. Add crushed ice and shake gently. pour all on a old-fashioned glass. Serve with a napkin underneath and two short straws.
Ingredients:
- 3 parts Kahlua
- 2 parts Espresso
- 1 Lime
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1 part Sugar syrup
